Frequently Asked Questions

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking number may have delayed updates due to transit so if you do not receive your order in 2-10 working days upon receiving your tracking number (as per table in Shipping & Delivery Page), do let us know! Otherwise, your order is well on their way.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Malaysia only. We do not offer delivery services to areas outside of Malaysia. Orders will be shipped in 2-10 working days depending on delivery areas. You may refer to our Shipping & Delivery Page for more details.

Order Confirmation

Once payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email together with your order number. You did not receive any order confirmation email. Please email us at hello@avakato.com for us to help with locating your order.

Payment Methods / Options / Issues

We accept Online Banking (FPX), Credit Card & Debit Card (Visa &Master), E-Wallet (Touch&Go, GrabPay, Boost). If you facing any difficulty / issue in making payment, do let us know by whatsapp us +6012 858 7886 or email us at hello@avakato.com.

Order Amendment / Cancellation

You may amend / cancel your order within 24 hours upon placing your order. Please email us at hello@avakato.com, anything past 24 hours will not be eligible for cancellation.

Wrong Order Received

No worry. This might be a human error on our part so please send your order number with pictures to hello@avakato.com and we will process for the right order to be dispatched as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

No worry. You may refer our Returns & Exchanges Policy Page. We happily accept Returns and Exchanges within 30 days from when you have received your order.

Defect Item

No worry, we will send the replacement to you. Please send your order number with pictures of the defect to hello@avakato.com.
